On the project handover ceremony, the Chinese Ambassador, Mr. Wei indicate that the Chinese government always attaches great importance to the development of friendship and cooperation with PNG, and provide financial assistance to PNG within its capacity. And he expressed his hope for the PNG part to make sure the good use and maintenance of the facilities of the said three handover projects. Minister in represent of the PNG side introduced the situation of the said three handover projects, and expressed his appreciation of reasonable conception and good construction quality of the Chinese government aid projects, and ensured that the construction and handover of these projects demonstrate the mutual cooperation and friendship between the two countries, the PNG side will maintain  in good situation of these infrastructures as symbol of friendship between the two countries, and he addressed his sincere appreciation to the Chinese government and its people in represent of the PNG government.
