As per requirement for company's development strategy and annual training plan, on the date of 10^th, May of 2012, our company has held a Knowledge Training on <Bidding Implementation Regulations>. This training is hosted by Kan Guoqian,  Manager of Market Development Department, and the Chief Engineer Ou Chuhua, relevant department officials, technical staffs of the Market Development Department, Engineering Department, Human Resources Department have attended the training too.

Manager Kan Guoqian has explained and demonstrated the knowledge concepts emphatically from five aspects. One, the conditions becoming a qualified China-Aided enterprise; two, qualification check and approval for the China-Aided project; three, assessment procedure; four, bidding documentation edition and remarks; five, the relevant issues on physical bidding. At the same time, he made comprehensive analysis for the relevant specifications of No. 57 document issued in 2011, and gave a specific explanation with the combination of the relevant cases already happened.

This training is primarily for the understanding of bidding knowledge by the staffs, which is good for the business communication and coordination among departments, is beneficial for the work development and deploration in the future, and is also efficient for pushing the enterprise culture ahead towards the direction of multi-layer.
