The training “Project Management Practice” successfully held by Human Resource Department in our meeting room at 14:30 of June 26th, and around 60 participants attended this training ,which included Mr.Liu Yizhong ,our General Manager ,Mr.He Sili ,our Vice General Manager,Mr. Ou Chu hua ,our chief engineer,Mr.Chen Zhimin ,our Insecptor General,and other heads and staff from departments,project teams and our branchs.

Mr. Zhao Guanghua ,our Vice General Manager was the speaker of this training .During the training ,Mr.Zhao Guanghua started with the construction market subjects,and stated that the core content of the project management was contract management ,and deeply analysed the meaning of “qualified” of the production efficiency of the enterprises and the projects.He focused on the five basic principles of the contract management:voluntary,legality,equality,fairness and good faith,when mentioned the management of the  professional sub-contract for the projects , he stated their effectiveness and normalization should be focused on.He quoted classic cases from his work expriences in order to lucidly explain the essence of the contract management ,and according to the real situation of the project management of the company ,he sharply criticized the exsiting management misunderstanding and promise breaking behaviors.Among these cases,the project of Wan Mu Cao Tang is the prime successful example.Mr.Zhao,our Vice General Manager encourged all the staff to manage the project with the idea of value engineering  to achieve the health and common development of the individuals and enterprise.

The whole training lasted three hours, and all the participants carefully listened and made notes with smile from time to time, and with rumination from time to time, and all the above demostrated thriving and aggressive character of our heads and staff of GDFC.
