From Oct 9, 2012 to Oct 19. 2012, Dr. Xiao Limin, the chairman of Guangdong Hengfuan Investment Co., Ltd, Mr.Liu Yizhong, the General manager of GDFC, and Mr. He Sili, the Vice General Manager of GDFC, together with Mr. Tu Hong and Ms. Liu Qiaohui, 2 staff of GDFC visted Uganda, Rwanda, Burundi and Kenya for business investigation. They successively visited President Yoweri Kaguta Museveni of Uganda, Counselor Zou xiaoming of the Comercial Office of Chinese Embassy in Uganda, Minister Albert Nsengiyumva of Ministry of Infrastruture and Permanet Secretary Kampeta Pitchette Sayinzoga of Ministry of Finance of Rwanda; Counselor Ma Genxi of the Comercial Office of Chinese Embassy in Burundi, and Ambassador Yu Xuzhong of Chinese Embassy in Burundi.

In Uganda, President Museveni extended warm welcome to the delegation and showed support to investment in Uganda of GDFC. Then, during the visit to Counselor Zou xiaoming of the Comercial Office of Chinese Embassy in Uganda, Dr. Xiao Limin said GDFC was confident and capable to implement projects in Uganda.

Later, the delegation flew to Rwanda. Dr. Xiao Limin briefly introduced the growth of GDFC and the purpose of this visit to Minister Albert Nsengiyumva and Permanet Secretary Kampeta Pitchette Sayinzoga. Then, the two parties discussed about methods and projects of investment and project contracting in Rwanda.

During the period in Burundi, the Karuqi Hospital Project Charger from our company give a special report on the engineering implementation to our company leaders. After reading the report, Doctor Xiao Limin gave a positive confirmation on the achievements gained from all working aspects. He hoped that the Project Department could continue carrying forward the GDFC’s spirit of “Endeavour of Constancy, Faithful to Eternity”, develop the working style of “diligent, pragmatic, prudent and efficient”, enforce the safety management, make standardization stystem, display excellent enterprise image, construct a good hospital project and turn a satisfactory result to the peoples of both countries. Project Manager Yi Xian Ming expressed that they would continue making elaborate organizations, careful management, unitary arrangement and deployment, making sure to finish all works and missions in time and to maintain harmonious relations with the local people.

This trip of Africa has got great significance for our company to implement internalization strategy, explore African market and develop the field of business.
