From 21st to 25th , November of 2012, 3 members from the ISO authentication team assigned by Beijing Xinshiji Authentication Co., Ltd. made supervision and verification on the quality system, environment system and occupational health & safety management system of our company. Chief Engineer Ou Chuhua, Supervisor Chen Zhimin of HR & Admin and other department chargers from our company have attended the verification meeting.

After nearly 5 days strict verification, the authentication team made an objective assessment for the establishment and improvement of our company's integrated management systems: the manuals and process documents of our company's integrated management systems match the standard of GB/T19001-2008/ISO9001:2008, GB/T24001-2004/ISO14001:2004, GB/T28001-2011/OHSAS18001:2007 and GB/T50430-2007, and requirements of the relevant laws and regulations, the policies of quality, environment and occupational health & safety are continuously suitable and effective, the implementation and maintenance of the system has received high regards by company's high level administrators and active promotion by company staff. Company's self-integrity mechanism has been reinforced through internal auditing, management assessment and error correction methods. Beijing Xinshiji Co., Ltd. will continue granting Guangdong Foreign Construction Co., Ltd. the registration qualification of authentication.

Chief Engineer Ou Chuhua expressed his sincere thanks for the crucial evaluation of company's integrated management systems raised by the authentication team, and he raised his requirements for the next step over the quality, environment and occupational health & safety management systems which,during verification process, are found to need further improvement:1, realize the problems correctly,improve problem identification ability; 2, solve the problems after finding them. Hope that through this verification, all departments can work together, made good and efficient correction and prevention measures, carry out self-correction and self-inspection work, finally, Mr. Ou required all department made good summary for 2012 ISO verification work and prepare well for the verification of 2013, pushing our company to another high level and building concrete foundation for international top elevation.
