Jan 17, 2013, His Excellency VENG SAKHON, the state sectary of Cambodia Ministry of Water Resource, together with the Chairman and officers of Land Requisition and Demolishing Committee of Ministry of Finance, Vice-governor of Kampot Province, Director of Kampot Water Resource Department, accompanied by Mr. He Sili, Vice Genral Manager and commander of Cambodia Projects, and Mr. Han Dianfeng, standing vice commander of Cambodia Projects of GDFC,  inspected our water resource development project in Kampot Province, and had a meeting on relevant issues like problems occurred during site land requisition and demolishing process. 

Accompanied by Mr. He Sili and Mr. Han Dianfeng, the inspecting group led by Cambodia State Sectary inspected the construction site of river sluice, barrages, general main channel and east main channel of Kampot water resource project. Speaking highly of the project quality and progress, the State Sectary recognized the contribution to Cambodia economic and social development made by our projects during the inspection. He praised the well-preparation and close-cooperation for the project construction of different department of Kampot Province as well. Mr. He Sili and Mr. Han Dianfeng extended gratitude for the great support given by Cambodia Government.

Then, after a detailed negotiation on the land acquisition problems for the east main channel, No. 3 crossing road of main channel and the railway, both sides made a initial solution recognized by all sides. This meeting was significant for coordinating relationship between all parties and pushing forward the project.
