At 4:00pm of November 14th, 2013, the training about Photoshop was successfully held by HR department in the meeting room. About 45 employees participated this training including Mr. Ou Chuhua, the chief engineer, Mr.Chen Zhimin ,the HR and administrative officer, and the heads and staff of the relevant department .

This training was offered by Mr,Xiao Lushan from the Marking department of our company and Mr.Ma Zhen chun ,the specialist of Photoshop which we invited from outside. During the training ,Mr. Xiao shared with us several cases which we commonly used during our work .He carefully explained these complicated cases in simple terms ,and all the participants fully appreciated his explanation. After that, Mr.Ma emphasized the operative skills of Photoshop and some problems we needed to pay attention to, which included background ,inserting the picture, screenshot, cutout, color replacement, the liquefy of the pictures, transparency adjustment and photo processing, and he also showed us how to use common tools of Photoshop which include Scissors tool ,magic wand tool, spot healing ,liquefy, masking and so on .Trough his explanation ,all the participants fully experienced Photoshop was amazing. During his presentation, the participants actively asked the questions, and Mr.Ma patiently answered the questions, and draw inferences about other case from their questions, and the atmosphere of this training was very harmonious. What especially made the participants surprised is that the case of making the animation effect by overlay of several pictures, and this case bring our training to a climax. At last, he encouraged the participants: Photoshop is not hard, but two-hour training is not enough for you and you need more practice, diligently study, and the practice will make perfects.

The participants benefited a lot from this training, everyone not only studied the tips of Photoshop, but also enjoyed the happiness brought by this training, and cultivated their learning interest as well. They all looked forward to the next training.
