The 8 to 9 May, 2014, General Manager Liu Yizhong was invited to attend the Fifth International Infrastructure Investment and Construction Forum held in Macao. The forum is organized by China International Contractors Association and co-hosted by the Economic Bureau of the Macao SAR, in the order to build a platform for domestic and international industry to exchange ideas, gather information, and seek opportunity and cooperation.

Macao Special Administrative Region Chief Executive, Mr Fernando Chui, Assistant Vice Minister of Commerce Mr Zhang Xiangchen, Macao SAR Government Secretary for Transport and Public Works Lau Si Io, former President of Croatia, Mr. Stjepan Mesic, Vice Minister of Department of Transport in UK Mr. Stephen Hammond and more than 40 ministerial-level officials from many countries and regions of the world worked together to open up the big screen this forum. The opening ceremony, President of the China International Contractors Association Diao Chunhe and the Macao SAR Government Director of Economic Services Mr. Su Tian Ping made speeches on behalf of forum organizers. Assistant Minister of Commerce Zhang Xiangchen, former President of Croatia, Mr. Stjepan Mesic, Vice Minister of the United Kingdom Ministry of Transport, Mr. Stephen Hammond, Executive Vice President of the African Export-Import Bank, Mr. Denys Denya made keynote speech on the theme “interconnectivity to provide new drive for international infrastructure cooperation ".

The forum not only attracted the more than 40 officials vice-ministerial level from countries and regions in the world, but there are more than 30 international financial institutions from the African Export-Import Bank , the Asian Development Bank , Inter-American Development Bank , also 17 industry organizations , International Federation of Contractors, the Romanian Construction Contractors society ,the Malaysian Building Society and etc.
