In order to promote enterprise’s overall culture construction and to implement firmly various work of culture construction, at 14:30 on the afternoon of 21st July, our company hosted the activation meeting for enterprise culture rebuilt project. The leaders participating this meeting were, Board Chairman of Guangdong Jiangong Investment Co., Ltd and also Board Director of GDFC---Doctor Xiao Limin, GDFC’s Board Chairman Zhou You, GDFC’s GM Liu Yizhong, Vice GM He Sili, Vice GM Zhao Guanghua, Vice GM Liu Qiping, and Chief Engineer Ou Chuhua. The meeting was hosted by HR & Adim Director Chen Zhimin.

On the meeting
On the meeting, Vice GM Zhao Guanghua made mobilization report on behalf of company leaders. He explained why to engage in and how to enhance culture construction; he required all working staff to form a unitary thinking, fix a clear aim, and carry out continuously the enterprise spirit of endeavor of constancy and being faithful to eternity, erect the value outlook of customer top priority, self-esteem and dream building up, participate actively in enterprise’s culture construction, spare no effort to build a cultural concept system with fresh modern characteristics and its own features, to improve working staff’s comprehensive quality, to innovate enterprise’s management level and to enhance core competitive power.

Liu Jia made address representing working staff. She was once deployed overseas, and the company’s culture made her feel the warmth of our company like a big family. She believed that the enterprise culture is a flag guiding us the director to move forward with effort; and it is a spiritual momentum which lets us eager to develop, improve, unite and cooperate.

On behalf of project implementation party, GM Shi from Guangzhou Seven-Colored Rock Management and Consultancy Co., Ltd introduced the situation of proposal book for rebuilt project of GDFC’s culture construction and staff of project team. She thought, enterprise culture is a re-know and re-practice process, in some sense, it is more important to look for problems than to find answers. She emphasized, it was required to implement <manual book of enterprise culture> into daily work to make a subtle influence over daily work. As a strategic mission, enterprise culture is a long term insistent process, and we should push the implementation of culture rebuilt with practical working style and persistent spirit.

Doctor Xiao Limin reiterated in the summary speech, the enterprise’s development can’t go along without the instruction of excellent enterprise culture, which is spiritual force to conquer difficulties and face challenges. “No matter how difficult, we have to cross over the impregnable pass”. In the environment of future commercial competition, for further development, the company must possess a strong soft power, that’s enterprise culture. The study and promotion work for enterprise culture shall begin among high-level leaders, and implement the advanced concepts into all job posts, working procedures and every staffs, to reach the status of insistence and heart knowing, combine knowledge with practice together, plant the enterprise culture to soil deep, explore new space continuously for enterprise culture, push the enterprise culture to uninterrupted development. Talking about talent outlook, he said, if the brook is deep and wide enough for the water, it is really like a sea indeed, which created lots of reflections on the meeting.
