Expert Consultant having discussion with senior management of Water Conservancy Projects Headquarter

During the Cambodian investigation, the expert consultants had visited the Water Conservancy Projects Headquarter, Vaico Irrigation Project, Stung Pursat Dam No.3 & No.5 Development project, Battambang Kanghot Irrigation Development Project Stage 2, Battambang Multipurpose Dam Project and the China-aided Information Technology Building Project in Cambodia. Under such tight schedule, the experts interviewed the senior management of headquarter, management staff of each projects and some employees to acquaint enterprise culture construction situation of the projects without a single halt. Through visiting projects construction sites and viewing the staff working and living conditions, they had gained a perceptual understanding to the projects of our company at the same time.

The enterprise culture management stratagy programe of our company was officially lanched on Sep 5, 2007. Under the support of the consultant company, a rudiment of enterprise cuilture consturction systems has been formed with several achivements through years of practising, pushing and smoothing the development of our company.

In order to strengthen enterprise culture construction and accommodate the demand of business development, Our Company decided to re-invite the consulting company to provide guidance on enterprise culture construction for a year from July, 2014, aiming to promote the enterprise culture construction into a new level. 

 

Experts visiting the Pursat Dam Project

Recently, the expert consultants carry out a targeted systematic check on our enterprise culture construction through ways of interview, questionnaires, discussions and document studies. After the investigation, they will refine the idea, develop the enterprise culture system, and compile a handbook of enterprise culture. Next, the consulting company will compile an investigation report and propose a program according to this investigation to provide an objective basis for further enterprise culture construction and improvement of company management.

During this Cambodia visit, Mr. Chen Zhimin, the Hr & Admin director paid a visit to Mr. Peng Yuebin, the chief engineer assistant of the Headquarter, who was sick in hospital in Phnom Phen, and had cordial talks with managers and staff of each project.
