On 4th January, 2015, as planned by our company, Webucation Internal Examination of 2014 was carried out in time.

Company’s projects are scattered all around the world, making it difficult relatively for collective training and education, so Times Bright Cresuccess E-Learning System was introduced, this kind of learning method is convenient for all staffs in various departments to learn on line. This examination is primarily for assessment of education condition by this system in 2014.

In 2014, taking continuous improvement of staffs’ overall quality and adaption for requirement of job posts as its goal, the company’s training work adopted methods of E-learning training, internal and external training courses, specialized seminars, exchange meetings and sharing sessions to improve efficiently staffs’ professional skills and comprehensive qualities, fulfilling perfectly the annual training task.

Through training, our company’s staffs have increasingly updated and improved their knowledge, skills, working attitude, working style, implementation capability, overall ability and professional skills, thus escalating company’s working efficiency and service level.
