In this session, various fields of work in 2014 were analyzed objectively, the existing insufficiencies and challenges facing in company’s development process are profoundly dissected, and also all works were being arranged and set out comprehensively for 2015.

In the session, all department leaders have summarized their work in charge, and chargers have made address for their specific domains, pointing out the problems in the present work and innovation measures. Participants for this session were divided into group for panel discussion; colleagues expressed their ideas freely for better development of the company. As wrapping up for the session, company leaders required participants to study and understand the spirit of this session, fulfill the spirit in practical work and ensure to obtain the goal mission of the New Year, sparing no effort for forging a sustainable internationally-famous enterprise.

Outdoor Expend Training was staged in Field Army International Expend Camp before the session, the training contents were composed of speed limit, high attitude challenge, jigsaw puzzles and graduation wall, etc. it has integrated enterprise culture concept organically with activities, making the trainers to cultivate an active state of mind, to take self review, to dig their own potentialities and to strength coordination spirit, consequently boosting the overall cohesion and activating working passion.
