Accompanied by H.E. Oknha Ly Yong Phat, Mr. Zhou You, Board Chairman of Guangdong Foreign Construction Co., Ltd., and Mr. Han Dianfeng, Assistant General Manager, paid a formal Visit to H.E. Lim Kean Hor, Minister of Water Resources and Meteorology of Cambodia in the afternoon of May 8, 2015.

Mr. Zhou reported the progress of water resources projects that contracted by our company to H.E. Lim Kean Hor, especially that all the completed projects can meet the needs for diversion and irrigation of local farmlands, increasing the economic benefits of local farmers. Meanwhile, he also appreciated H.E. Lim Kean Hor for his consistent strong support and assistance to our company’s work.
The relation between the China and Cambodia has a long history and China is a good friend of Cambodia, and he places high hopes on the friendship relation between China and Cambodia, said H.E. Lim Kean Hor. Meanwhile, H.E. Lim Kean Hor expressed his welcome and affirmation of our company’s participation in the construction of water resources infrastructure in Cambodia.
