Aug 11, 2016, Chairman Zhou You, with the company of General Manager Assistant Han Dianfeng, made an official visit to His Excellency Lim Kean Hor, Minister of Water Resource and Meteorology, Cambodia. Vies are exchanged on project implementation and construction.

His Excellency Lim Kean Hor spoke highly of GDFC’s role in water resource projects construction in Kingdom of Cambodia. He addressed that Guangdong Foreign Construction Co., Ltd has undertaken a number of water resource and irrigation projects in provinces e.g. Battambang, Pursat, Kampot, Prey Veng, and Svay Rieng. Some projects have already begun to provide water source for local peasants to increase production while still under construction. He expected GDFC to continue investigate and design local key and major water resource development projects and implements them at an early date to push agriculture development of Cambodia, reduce poverty, and make more contribution on improving living standard of people.
Chairman Zhou You expressed sincere appreciation for the continued supports and positive promotion for successful project implementation from His Excellency as well as other officers form Ministry of Water Resource and Meteorology (MoWRM) and other Cambodian institutions. He said that GDFC will further enhance cooperation with MoWRM and actively participate in construction of water resource projects, gradually improve development and utilization of water resource in multiple areas of Cambodia through construct water resource and irrigation projects, facilitate local agricultural development and bring great benefit to local people.
